Good quality of PDF conversion but when we need more advanced functions actually we have to buy full OCR software package like finereader of abbyy or omnipage. Often I need to convert scanned documents and images (riffm jpg) to text that next I will edit and share - here I use finereader. And for more simply task of PDF conversion I think this would the optimal solution.
